Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Analyst (Competitive Intelligence) to help build AUTODOC's Price Engine. The role involves managing business growth and margin by making sure that our assortment is attractively priced for our customers and designing the pricing strategy supported by an algorithmic AI/ML solution.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in B2B retail, ecommerce or consumer goods
- 5+ years work with analytics and visualization
- Experience experimentation with disruptive (pricing) business innovations delivering measurable impact
- 5+ years managing a projects end-to-end and working with cross-function / tech teams to implement it
- Exposure to ML/AI and/or product management
- Experience in Pricing
- Understanding of statistics and experiment design
- Ability to steer stakeholders effectively - both with and without direct authority – and find trade-offs between scope and development time
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication
- Advanced SQL or Python knowledge
- Ownership – thinks and acts like an owner
- Graduate or higher degree in a technical and/or quantitative field (e.g. business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science)
