AUTODOC is a leading online retailer of vehicle parts and accessories in Europe. We are looking for a Senior Category Manager - Accessories & Lifestyle to develop and execute category strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
Requirements
- 12+ years working in a vendor management or P/L ownership role preferred
- 8+ years in Automotive or Automotive spare parts or e-commece/retail
- Fluent English
- Proven experience in category management, product management, or related roles within the automotive or e-commerce industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and systems
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
