Job Description
AUTODOC is seeking a motivated and hands-on Team Leader to coordinate daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow during assigned shifts. The ideal candidate will lead and support warehouse employees, monitor operational performance, and uphold high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
- Secondary or higher education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with WMS or ERP systems
- Willingness to work in a shift-based environment
- Fluent Polish and communicative English skills
