Automation Anywhere is seeking a Sr. Sales Engineer (Healthcare) to drive healthcare innovation, be a technical authority, and lead value-based selling. The role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, strong technical aptitude, and passion for automation and advanced technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, computer science, healthcare, or a related field
- 7+ years of professional experience, including strong knowledge of enterprise sales
- 2+ years in pre-sales or sales engineering, focused on Intelligent Automation, Cloud, or Generative AI
- Deep knowledge of healthcare industry, especially in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), hospital systems, and regulations
- Experience with SaaS solutions and value-based selling in complex enterprise settings
- Familiar with automation platforms (e.g., Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism) and basic deployment concepts
- Strong understanding of advanced AI solutions like RAG, LLMs, and GPT-based technologies
- Automation Anywhere certification or similar is a plus
- Hands-on experience in automation development or leading automation initiatives in a COE is highly valued
- Travel up to 50% on short notice to meet client and business needs
