Production Supervisor - Datacenter Facilities

Automation is an innovative engineering company that specializes in solutions for low voltage electrical power and data center facilities. We are looking for a Supervisor to strengthen our Datacenter Facilities-team.

Requirements

• Strong technical background and demonstrable experience in an assembly environment
• Knowledge of electricity (BA4, BA5)
• Insight into quality standards, ARAB, AREI and Lean management
• Experience in managing employees (people management)
• Strong communication skills, both in Dutch and French. English is a plus
• Decisive and results-oriented
• Strong planning and organisational skills
