Job Description
Quality Manager position at Automation, a knowledge center for low voltage electrical power and datacenter facilities. Opportunity to contribute to growth and image, flat structure, and healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Engineering or Quality Management
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar function
- Strong CTO process knowledge
- Expertise in FMEA, 8D, audits & data-driven analysis
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Experience with CONQ, ECR/ECO, FAT/SAT
- Problem-solving mindset, autonomous, proactive & hands-on
- Fluency in English and Dutch and/or French
