Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in HR administration or as an HR Officer, ideally in a stand-alone role
- Strong knowledge of HR systems (Workday and/or Loket experience is highly valued)
- Solid understanding of Dutch labor law and HR processes
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling employee and payroll data
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
