Job Description
AutoScout24 is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead and oversee the user experience of products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to strategic product roadmap development. The role involves translating insights, facilitating communication, and identifying opportunities for innovation. The position is in a hybrid format, with office meetings twice a week.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Designer in software development for e-commerce/marketplaces.
- Strong UX design skills showcased in a portfolio.
- Experience mentoring designers and strong communication/facilitation skills.
- Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions.
- Experience working with visual and product designers, UX Researchers, and writers.
