Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, driven, service-oriented individual to fill our Member Experience Advocate - Universal position. The role will involve serving as a full-service liaison between members and the Credit Union, providing needs-based solutions, performing transactions, and managing the lobby.
Requirements
- One to three years of retail banking experience
- Sales quota experience or sales management experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable providing needs-based solutions to members
- Competitive nature and goal-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use online computer systems, organize transactions, and accurately manage large sums of money
- Excellent written and verbal skills, positive attitude, pleasant demeanor, decisiveness, and professionalism
