Job Description
WSI is seeking a reliable Facilities Technician to join their Suwanee, GA team. The role involves maintaining the safety, functionality, and condition of facilities through preventative maintenance, repairs, and vendor coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to respond to urgent needs. This is a full-time position.
Requirements
- Perform daily tours and identify deficiencies in facilities.
- Implement facilities cleaning and monitor maintenance supplies.
- Perform minor repairs, painting, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure restroom, office, and building related control systems are clean.
- Coordinate vendor activities.
- Respond to emergency issues.
- Maintain safe work practices.
- Maintain records and prepare reports.
- Forklift license and elevated platform experience (preferred).
