Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Product Management within the healthcare space
- Proven experience creating and executing roadmaps as well as leading a development team to meet deliverables
- Strong experience with product development life cycle (PDLC)
- Experience managing customer expectations
- Worked in and are comfortable operating in a matrix organization, coordinating across multiple disciplines
- Technical acumen and the ability to grasp technical concepts
- Strong familiarity with API architecture
- Experience gathering product requirements and getting feedback from technical staff
- Knowledge of modern technology architectures, database technology, virtualization, and the impact of government initiatives and HIPAA privacy and security regulations on system design
- Understand the healthcare EDI ecosystem, business models and customer needs
