We are seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to create engaging, resident-centered activities that enhance daily life and foster a strong sense of community in our Memory Care unit.
Requirements
- Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activity programs
- Direct volunteers and ensure they are screened and supervised
- Develop and distribute monthly activities calendar and newsletter
- Coordinate outside vendors and presenters
- Participate in community event planning
- Arrange transportation for events and activities
- Ensure proper transportation for resident activities
- Interview residents and family members for activity suggestions
- Review resident care plans for accuracy
- Maintain confidentiality of resident care information
- Promote the company in a positive manner
