Life Enrichment Assistant - Memory Care

We are seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to create engaging, resident-centered activities that enhance daily life and foster a strong sense of community in our Memory Care unit.

Requirements

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing activity programs
• Direct volunteers and ensure they are screened and supervised
• Develop and distribute monthly activities calendar and newsletter
• Coordinate outside vendors and presenters
• Participate in community event planning
• Arrange transportation for events and activities
• Ensure proper transportation for resident activities
• Interview residents and family members for activity suggestions
• Review resident care plans for accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information
• Promote the company in a positive manner
