Avant Arte is a curated marketplace that makes discovering and collecting art radically more accessible. We're looking for a Collector Experience & Operations Executive to help deliver a smooth, well-coordinated, and engaging collector experience.
Requirements
- Manage and coordinate the setup of product listings in Shopify and Storyblok prior to releases
- Oversee freelancer(s) supporting product builds, ensuring all listings are accurate and complete
- Ensure delivery of all product-related assets (images, copy, metadata, etc.) in line with publishing timelines
- Manage and deliver personalised, sales-focused communications to top-tier collectors via email and WhatsApp
- Conduct research and analysis for key releases when required, identifying audience insights, demand trends, and compelling selling points
