Avant Tech is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Lead to drive financial strategy and management within a client of one of their key asset management/investment banking firms. This role focuses on financial planning, resource allocation, and ensuring financial compliance and robustness.

Requirements

• Develop and implement financial strategies and forecasts aligned with the company's objectives.
• Lead the finance team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
• Collaborate with other departments for financial insights.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
• Advise senior management on financial implications of strategic plans and operational changes.
• Lead financial audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
• Oversee operational aspects of accounting (accounts payable, receivable, payroll).
