Job Description
Avant Tech is seeking a motivated Sales Officer to build relationships with IT and other talent sourcing clients, manage the full recruitment cycle, and represent the brand. The role offers uncapped earnings potential, autonomy, and mentorship within a business partnership model, not a traditional employment contract.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales or recruiting, ideally within IT staffing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and modern recruiting tools.
- Existing client or candidate network in IT (preferred but not required).
- Open to other Vertical Niches.
