We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the Human Resources department. The role involves managing HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development, while fostering a positive workplace culture. You'll supervise one HR Generalist/Admin staff and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements

• Oversee daily HR operations, including hiring, firing, policy enforcement, and employee relations.
• Manage and mentor the HR Generalist/Admin staff.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Spearhead Training & Development programs.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs.
• Handle disciplinary actions, notice to explains (NTEs), and conflict resolution.
