Requirements
- Oversee daily HR operations, including hiring, firing, policy enforcement, and employee relations.
- Manage and mentor the HR Generalist/Admin staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Spearhead Training & Development programs.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs.
- Handle disciplinary actions, notice to explains (NTEs), and conflict resolution.
