We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to oversee daily logistics operations and ensure timely delivery. This position will handle logistics operations, documentation, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Requirements

• Plan and oversee daily logistics operations including scheduling, routing, and delivery tracking
• Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients and distribution points
• Coordinate with delivery teams, drivers, suppliers, and internal departments
• Maintain and update logistics documentation
• Monitor inventory levels and work with warehouse staff to ensure product availability
• Resolve delays, damages, and other logistics issues
• Analyze logistics data and generate reports using Excel or logistics software
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and logistics strategy implementation
