Job Description
Avantia Law is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Manager or Associate Attorney to join their Americas Contracts team. This role involves supporting first-round markups of NDAs, managing conflicts, setting up workflows, and assisting with document execution. The position offers full-time employment in a client-facing role based in Castle Rock, Colorado.
Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience as a contract manager in a commercial legal team or in-house setting
- Experience working with commercial contracts and drafting initial document markups
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Independent worker with a team player mindset
