Job Description
Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner with Dutch (m/f/d) wanted to join Avantor's dynamic team. The role involves leading full-cycle recruitment, talent sourcing, and candidate management for various roles in Belgium, Netherlands, and Europe.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Intermediate experience as an in-house recruiter or in a recruitment agency.
- Experience within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team and in recruiting for manufacturing or distribution roles is preferred.
- Business fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Workday, or other large-scale ATS.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Recruiter.
