Job Description
The Accounts Payable Executive is responsible for managing the AP team, vendor relationships, and financial record-keeping. Key responsibilities include AP helpdesk ticket management, vendor relationship management, tracking and reporting, and bookkeeping and record-keeping. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge in Excel & Tally, MYOB, and Xero
- Good knowledge of TDS/GST
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- International Accounting and Financial skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
