Subject Matter Expert – Payroll

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team at AVASO. Primary authority on payroll operations and compliance, ensuring end-to-end payroll accuracy, efficiency, and governance across the United States and Canada.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (master's preferred)
• Minimum 7–9 years of payroll experience with strong exposure to both U.S. and Canadian payroll operations
• Prior experience as a Payroll Lead, Specialist, or SME in a multinational or regional setup preferred
