Marketing & Brand Lead

Aven is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Brand Lead to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. The role involves developing differentiated messaging, managing omnichannel campaigns, overseeing content production, and executing field activations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and possess a strong understanding of lifecycle marketing.

Requirements

• 7+ years in lifecycle or product marketing
• Proven track record of launching impactful marketing & brand campaigns
• Demonstrated success in building brand equity through PR, organic, and social media
• Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing (journeys, triggers, experiments, personalization, segmentation)
• Data-driven mindset using SQL or similar tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience managing large, multi-channel initiatives
• Collaborative and proactive approach
