As an Inside Sales Manager at avenit, you'll be a crucial part of our sales team, identifying and contacting potential new customers, building lasting relationships, and driving the digital transformation.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the SaaS or digital field
- Communication strength and curiosity, as well as the ability to build trust with potential customers
- Structured, goal-oriented working method and sovereignty in the first contact and closing
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Close, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent German and good English skills
- Passion for sales and long-term customer retention
- Team player who prefers to work in the office and in direct exchange rather than in home office
- Willingness to fully engage, even on weekends at seminars
