Job Description
Salesforce Administrator position at AvePoint, a global leader in data security and resilience, is sought to support the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of their Salesforce platform for enterprise and government clients. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the platform supports business operations. The company's platform is used by over 25,000 customers globally.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) certification required
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)
- Experience creating workflows, validation rules, process builder flows, and automation tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience supporting end-user training, adoption, and platform governance
- Understanding of platform security and sharing models
- Familiarity with data management tools such as Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
- Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce integration principles
