Commercial Director Latin America

The Commercial Director for Latin America will lead the strategic growth of the Solutions Group in the region, focusing on Apparel, Footwear, Food, and Logistics. The role demands full commercial ownership and leadership, with responsibilities including developing and executing commercial strategy, leading a high-performing commercial team, and driving commercial excellence and innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years of successful commercial & business management or related experience
• Proven track record of building relationships at the executive level
• Experience managing in a complex business ecosystem
• Progressive people leadership, including a cross-functional team management
• Very fluent in English (speaking and writing)
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally when needed
