Job Description
The Product Manager serves as a champion for the customer, leveraging exceptional product instincts, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric design thinking to deliver world-class solutions. This role is responsible for the discovery, definition, and delivery of features within a specific product vertical of Avetta's flagship SaaS platform, Connect.
Requirements
- 4+ years of enterprise/commercial product management experience, particularly in SaaS and B2B software
- Experience in subscription-based business models
- Experience in B2C software in eCommerce or Online Directories is a plus
- Strong background in customer research, product discovery, and problem validation
- Proven ability in managing competing priorities, and driving execution
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment with backlog management tools like Jira and Confluence
- Ability to engage in technical discussions with engineering and UX discussions with designers, bridging business needs with practical solutions
- Strong understanding of business metrics, analytics, and reporting tools to drive data-informed decisions
