Summer Overnight Camp Counselor

Avid4 Adventure is hiring Overnight Camp Instructors for their summer camps in Colorado. The position involves providing support and guidance to campers during activities, leading outdoor programming, and ensuring safety and wellbeing. Compensation is determined based on position, certifications, and staff tenure.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp
• Drivers must be at least 20 years of age, have a 3-year valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
• 1+ years of experience working with kids in a professional or volunteer setting preferred
• Experience in core sports is highly preferred, but not required for all positions (required for Specialists)
• Minimum of Basic First Aid, CPR, and Mandatory Reporter certification by the start of camp
