Director Sales

The Director of Sales oversees the hotel's sales and marketing efforts to achieve optimal occupancy, growth in existing accounts, and generate new business, all to maximize total revenue and meet/exceed hotel profit objectives.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
• 4-year college degree and at least 2 years of related experience
• 2-year college degree and at least 4 years of related experience
• Valid driver's license in the applicable state
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical skills and strategic vision
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong organization and presentation skills
• Advanced knowledge of sales/marketing/hospitality principles and practices
