Compliance Analyst

Joby Aviation is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their global team in Costa Rica. The role involves leading contracting and compliance activities, navigating complex global regulations, and supporting business growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in compliance, project management, trade, or government contracting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace or aviation industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (C1)
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience with contract flow-downs, subcontract management, and internal controls.
