Aviso is looking for a Bilingual Banking Administrator to join their Operations team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing cash transactions, reconciling cash outages, and generating client cheques. The role requires fluency in English and French, intermediate knowledge of MS Office, and experience in the securities industry. Requirements
- Post-secondary education in business or commerce preferred
- 1+ year of experience in an office environment within the securities industry
- Intermediate knowledge in the MS suite of applications including Excel
- Experience with Dataphile preferred
- Ability to work independently to achieve required objectives
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong organizational, time management and administrative skills
- Fluency (written and spoken) in English and French
