Job Description
Aviso is seeking a Bilingual Settlements Administrator to join their Operations team. This role is responsible for managing the settlement of trades within the securities industry, including equity option settlements. The company values innovation, partnership, and employee growth. Requirements
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an office environment, preferably in the securities industry with experience using Dataphile, CDS and DTC
- Ability to work independently to achieve required objectives within company and regulatory requirements
- Strong administration skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English and French
- Intermediate Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
