Job Description
Aviso is seeking a Trade Services Administrator to join their Trade Services team. The administrator will handle mutual fund trades, GIC purchases, and settlement processes, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operational management. The role requires strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or professional development in a related field is an asset
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in the Operations team of a Financial Services firm, preferably Transaction Services related
- Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course or IFIC Operations course
- Fluency in English, with bilingual skills in French (asset)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing requirements
