Technical Support Representative

Technical Support Representative responsible for providing prompt, professional, and efficient customer service and technical support of Unified Communication solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum one year's working experience or field experience in troubleshooting AV / VTC / UCC environments
• Knowledge of MTR-Pro, Poly, Logi, and Q-Sys (training will be provided)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Good organizational skills and project management skills
