Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner at AVK|SEG will support data-driven decision making by delivering high-quality financial insight, analysis, and planning. This role involves working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders, providing financial challenge and support for business initiatives, and contributing to continued growth and profitability. It combines financial expertise with communication skills, primarily with non-finance colleagues.

Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong background in management accounting, FP&A or commercial finance
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain financial concepts clearly
