Job Description
AVK is seeking a Financial Controller to lead all aspects of financial control, reporting, and compliance functions. The role involves financial analysis, statutory compliance, risk management, and system improvement, contributing to both strategic planning and operational execution. The Controller will be a key member of the Finance team, working closely with tax, FP&A, and audit teams.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post-qualification experience
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102)
- Experience managing audits and producing statutory accounts
- Strong Excel, accounting systems (e.g. NetSuite), and reporting tools experience
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly
- Strong collaborative mindset
