We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to support our HR Operations Team in Munich. The role involves ensuring correct and timely payment and salary accounting, maintaining personnel data, and supporting the team in operational HR issues.
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- First experience in payroll accounting and personnel affairs
- Good knowledge of tax and social security law
- Basic knowledge of labor law
- Familiarity with MS Office and common payroll systems
- Flexibility to adapt to new tools and systems
- Good communication skills in German and English
