Job Description
avodaq is seeking a (Senior) IT-Service Consultant to join their Service Team and provide 2nd & 3rd-level support in the area of Cisco Enterprise Network. The role involves supporting customers, monitoring infrastructures, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requirements
- Successfully completed studies or training in the IT field
- Approximately 3-5 years of practical professional experience
- Experience in operating and troubleshooting enterprise network environments
- Contact with the manufacturer Cisco Systems
- CCNA certification (desirable)
- Good analytical skills
- Enthusiasm for innovative technologies
- High degree of service and customer orientation
- Commitment and initiative
- Very good German and English skills
