They are seeking a Country Growth & Marketing Strategy Manager to lead market entry, build brand awareness, and drive user acquisition. This is a hands-on, impactful role for a candidate eager to grow from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• 4+ years in management consulting, strategy, or strategic/performance marketing roles (ideally within a startup, scale-up, or tech-driven environment)
• Proven success launching or growing digital products in the Chinese market.
• Strong grasp of performance marketing, digital marketing KPIs, and tools for campaign optimization and reporting.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Deep knowledge of the Chinese market.
• Experience managing external partners, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders.
