Requirements
- 8+ years of proven experience in sales and management within industrial machinery manufacturing or related sectors.
- Strong administrative and operational background (warehouse, back office, facility management).
- Track record of managing both strategic accounts and generating new business.
- Highly independent, self-driven, and able to operate in a startup-like market entry context.
- Native/Fluent German and fluent English required.
