Sales Assistant

The company is seeking a Sales Assistant to support their global Sales and Account Management functions in the APAC region. This operational role focuses on supporting the sales team by managing Quoting and Feasibility (Q&F) processes for inbound and new clients. Requirements

• Support the Sales and Account Management teams by handling administrative and operational tasks.
• Prepare clear, structured pricing reports for clients.
• Maintain organized documentation and track quotes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate project costs.
• Communicate with external providers to maintain strong relationships.
• Work with Excel or other data analysis tools.
