• Develop a growth strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Research and identify new business opportunities
• Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Understand and assess customer needs and develop tailored solutions
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct Store Checks and supervise sales initiatives
• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities
• Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies
• Plan and execute targeted sales campaigns
• Prepare sales forecasts and present findings to senior management
