Executive Assistant to CEO

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, with excellent organization, writing, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is highly valued, ambitious, and detail-oriented, with a desire to dig into complex client issues and adjust as client priorities change.

Requirements

• 3 years of relevant administrative or executive support experience
• Detail oriented, able to multi-task and comfortable leading project and process management
• Exceptional verbal, listening, writing and editing communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Strong writing and presentation skills
