The People Experience Assistant is responsible for delivering an exceptional office experience by stocking, organizing, tracking, and reordering supplies, engaging with employees, and supporting office operations.
Requirements
- Maintain and restock snack areas, breakrooms, and the cafeteria
- Operate coffee, frazzle, and ice cream equipment
- Keep print stations and office supply areas organized and well-stocked
- Monitor and replenish basic first aid items
- Restock hygiene supplies in restrooms and locker rooms
- Track supply quantities, usage patterns, and reorder timelines
- Coordinate with vendors and internal partners for reorders and deliveries
- Support additional Workplace Experience initiatives and events
Benefits
