We are looking for an Underwriter Life Insurance (m/w/d) with Option for Team Leadership at Hamburg Location. As an Underwriter Life Insurance, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing risk-related new applications for disability and risk life insurance, creating decision-making documents and processing voted applications, and evaluating and assessing medical and financial risks, as well as special risks such as occupation, sports/hobbies, and foreign stays.
Requirements
- Experience as a manager or desire to become a manager
- Completed (insurance-) commercial education, insurance broker, and/or business administration
- Leadership strength and employee orientation
- Customer orientation and high learning ability
- Strong interest in underwriting biometric products
- Several years of experience in life insurance (life or disability) with knowledge of medical and financial risk assessment, as well as relevant topics such as sports/hobbies and foreign risks
- Knowledge of the fields of disability and risk life insurance
- Service-oriented and customer-focused
- Team-oriented and cooperative, and tackles challenges innovatively
