Senior Mechanical Engineer

Axcelis is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead the design and development of highly mechanized and automated capital equipment for the semiconductor industry.

Requirements

• Develop new and innovative solutions for existing and future ion implanters
• Manage projects, guide less experienced engineers, and monitor progress
• Communicate with customers and cross-functional groups, and ensure products meet customer requirements
• Troubleshoot and recommend corrective actions to system-level problems
• Possess strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
