Junior Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

The Junior Business Development Manager will analyze potential markets, participate in international tenders, create company documents, draft and negotiate contracts, conduct legal research, and support internal projects. The role requires commercial or legal education coupled with professional experience in an international company, with a focus on contracts.

Requirements

• Completed commercial and/or legal education or comparable several years of sound professional experience
• At least 2 years of professional experience in an international company, preferably with a focus on contracts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• A strong sense of confidentiality, responsibility, and attention to detail
• High level of self-motivation with pronounced self-management skills
• Reliability, teamwork skills, and willingness to communicate
