Sales Assistant (m/w/d)

Support the sales team with administrative and organizational tasks; creation and maintenance of offers, contracts, and presentations; planning and coordination of meetings and travel management; maintenance of customer data in the CRM system; communication with customers and internal departments; preparation of reports and evaluations.

Requirements

• completed commercial education or comparable qualification
• first experience in the sales field or assistant area
• safe handling of MS Office and ideally CRM systems
• organizational talent, structured working method, and team ability
• very good German and English knowledge in writing and speaking
