Business Analyst

The company is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. The role involves business analysis, design, and development, with a focus on functional analysis, software design, and requirements elicitation. The analyst will serve as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, develop extensions, and provide data model information. The position is hybrid, working from home and potentially in person.

Requirements

• 10+ years of business analysis experience
• Consistent presentation and communication skills
• Experience in social services programs
• Experience with Design and Storyboarding
• Experience with Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
• Strong experience with requirement gathering and documentation
• Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and sessions
• Knowledge of UK legislative rules and benefits schemes (desirable)
