Job Description
The Guidewire PolicyCenter Technical Lead role involves implementing and supporting Guidewire PolicyCenter, providing technical leadership to junior team members, developing configuration and integration features, and coordinating with other service providers. The role requires hands-on work experience with Guidewire and a strong understanding of SQL Server/DB2 databases and application technologies.
Requirements
- Ability to implement and support Guidewire PolicyCenter
- Ability to provide technical leadership to junior Guidewire associates
- Develop configuration and integration features as per requirements
- Hands on experience for development work for release (40-60%)
- Onsite / offshore Coordination for resolving production Incidents
- Review of Offshore Development work in areas of PCF Configuration, Business Rules, and Data Model Creation
- Technical support for Guidewire PolicyCenter in production
- Coordination with team to analyzed defects
- Coordination with other service provider and integration owners
- Experience working with SQL Server or DB2 database
