Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of experience in Contractual Operations, SOX & compliance, procurement, vendor management, or a similar role
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of business goals and budgeting
• Clear communication skills
• Experience with document management tools (SharePoint, Excel, Word)
• Detail-oriented and the ability to identify inconsistencies in contractual terms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
